Strings
I just spent the last two days at Ardent Studios in Memphis helping my good friend Aron Shiers record a few tracks for his upcoming debut release. It's been great and I'm sure you'll all like the results.
I'm going to be heading out on the southern roads again with Aron in August, and will be posting some dates up soon, so keep an eye on the gig guide.
In the meantime, I'm heading back to New York City soon, and will be playing a couple of solo shows there in a couple of weeks. Check the gig guide for details.

Last
This Wednesday June 15th will be the last show of the Southern Ties tour with Aron Shiers, which has seen us travel and play through Mississippi, Louisiana, Florida, Alabama and Tennessee. It's been a blast. Come on down to Neil's Music Room in Memphis, TN, on Wednesday for a special set with me and Aron that will see us play together and alternate songs in a special edition of Neil's 'Bar Stars'. If you like both of us and our music, then you'll be in for a treat.

Homeward
After three weeks on the road I am now homeward bound and playing in Nashville TONIGHT, June 12th, at The 5 Spot on the East side. Joining me will be Aron Shiers and also local likeables Young Hines. It'll be a great night of music and I'd love to see you there so you can share in the fun. My band will be along for the ride as well and we'll be playing a full electric set - all killer, no filler. Music starts at around 9:00pm and the cover is a very Scrooge-worthy $5.00.

Tonight, Thursday June 9th, I am playing at The Eighth and Rail in Opelika, AL, supporting Paul Warner. Come along and make me feel welcome in what will be my first ever gig in Alabama. Doors are at 8:00pm and the cover is $8.00.
