I'm back on the road again next week, kicking off with a show in Atlanta, GA, at The Music Room on Tuesday May 8th.

Tonight, May 1st, we are playing a show at The Five Spot in East Nashville, which will be drummer Matt Shieferstein's last gig with us, as he is moving to Cleveland for some reason. Come on down and help us send him off. He's done good for us, that boy. We'll miss him.

Nashville, I'm playing the late set at The Five Spot this Tuesday night May 1st, from around 11:30pm. It's our drummer Chief's last gig with us before he moves to Cleveland so come on down and help us send him off in style.

Happy Birthday to Ann Peebles, one of the best female singers to record for Hi Records in Memphis. She is best known for her singles, "I Can't Stand The Rain" and "I'm Gonna Tear Your Playhouse Down", which she wrote with husband Don Bryant and Bernard "Bernie" Miller.
